Charlotte joined Responsible Solutions in 2009 with a background of 10 years in HR. Charlotte ensures that the business is running smoothly, concentrating on Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and Business Strategy. Charlotte also ensures that the business follows it’s own “Practice what we preach” policy.
Charlotte began her career 14 years ago as an HR Officer within the Civil Service, managing and administering new employees, maintaining HR, sickness, absence and training records and recruiting and managing an annual intake of new employees from 50 – 500. Charlotte moved to Responsible Solutions in 2009 and has progressed within the company into her current role of Operations Manager.
Charlotte plays a vital role in ensuring that the business is running smoothly, concentrating on Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and Business Strategy. Main aspects of Charlotte’s role include managing the administration of meetings, new starters, recruitment and all aspects of finance. Charlotte also provides administration support as part of the CEEQUAL Technical support team, which involves the administration and preparation of various Scheme management and Steering Group meetings, taking minutes, answering queries and managing the post Training course administration.
Charlotte is currently completing her Masters degree in Human Resource Management at Nottingham Business School.
